Terms of service

These terms apply to your use of Logger, a time, kilometre and invoicing app operated by Talva (talva.is). By creating an account or signing in you agree to them.

Your account

You can sign up with an email and password or with Google or Microsoft. Keep your sign-in secure; you are responsible for what happens under your account. Tell us at logger@talva.is if you think someone else has access.

Your data

The entries, clients and invoices you add are yours. We only use them to provide the service, as described in the privacy policy. You are responsible for having the right to store your clients' details in Logger.

Invoices

Logger helps you create and send invoices, but you are responsible for their content and for meeting your own tax and bookkeeping obligations. Check invoices before you issue them.

Acceptable use

Don't use Logger for anything unlawful, to send spam, or to try to access other users' data or disrupt the service. We may suspend accounts that do.

Availability

We work to keep Logger running and backed up, but it is provided "as is" without guarantees of uninterrupted availability. Keep your own copies of anything you can't afford to lose.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses or lost income from using Logger or being unable to use it.

Ending your account

You can stop using Logger at any time and ask us to delete your account. We may end the service or an account with reasonable notice.

Changes and law

If these terms change, the date at the top is updated. Icelandic law applies, and disputes go to the District Court of Reykjavík.
